Things To Do In The Summer

     So it has been Summer for around a month or two now, at least where I live (sorry Australia). It has gotten to the point of summer where I am starting to get a little bored here and there, so I have piled up a list of 5 of my favorite things to do when I am bored in the summer so let's get started!

#1 Go Swimming!

Swimming! Whether you have a pool or not there is always a way to find a way to swim! You can go to a friend's pool, a local pond or lake, a beach, or to a community pool! I'm sure there is one of those options near you just do a little research.

#2 Listen to New Music

This is something I love to do! The kind of music I listen to is not really considered "normal". I shamelessly listen to Broadway music,but in the summer I love trying out different styles, and genres of music. You never know you might find a new genre/artist you love! One of my favorite non-Broadway artists is Mod-Sun his music really inspires me to be a more positive person and look at the world in a new way! #3 Watch a Movie

Watch a movie! I love movies and every kind of movie! My favorite genre is probably horror, but I will watch anything. My favorite movie is personally  Les Miserables ,but once again that is a musical and not for everybody. This past weekend I did watch a really good movie called Children Of The Corn! I wouldn't necessarily call this movie horror, but it was a little gory. One movie that I think would be great for everybody is Captain Phillips! This is one of my favorite movies and it is one of those movies where you can't even lie down because you want to know what happens so bad! 

#4 Try A New Make Up Look

Try a new make up look! This one is a lot of fun for me ,because make up isn't permanent! You can create a look that you may not even like just to see how it looks on you ,and then take it off with nobody even seeing you! You can do whatever you want and even with a single eye shadow palette you can create a million looks! It's all about creativity, just do what you want and if you don't like it just wipe it off. #5 Read A Book

Read a book! Personally during the summer I love to start a series so that way I can just read that series during the summer! I love the Pretty Little Liars book series. There is at least 10 books in the series and it is constant action so you won't get bored. Don't worry even if you watch the TV series the books are 100% different than the TV show so you don't have to worry about spoiling the show by reading the books.

What I Have Been Up To In The Past Few Months!

           Hello all! So I have been somewhat distant on this blog for the past few months! I have done a lot of religious posts that I absolutely love writing, but I realized that I have been a little distant when it came to talking about other stuff, and what I have been up to!
