Wedding OOTD

So in a few days I will be attending my cousins wedding! I love weddings because it gives me an excuse to dress up a little more than usual! I thought to myself the other nigh "hey why not share what I am going to wear with my readers" so that is what I am going to do! I will eventually have a wedding make up and possibly hair tutorial up eventually! So here is out fit!
The main piece is my gorgeous summery dress from Aeropostale! It cost around $32 and is totally worth it! It is a tribally sort of print but nothing too intense. The straps form this gorgeous pattern in the back that I am in love with. It has some color to it which I love since it is summer ,but it isn't too in your facd kind of colorful!
The shoes are these sandals from JcPenny. They cost only $15! They are a plain tan shoe with a braided black faux leather strap and a belt style heel to secure your foot! I am in love!
The purse is another faux leather item. It is from Kohls and cost around $20. It is the perfect size to hold everything you need for this sort of events. It has a ton of pockets, and compartments to store everything you need!
The makeup will be as I said before featured in an upcoming wedding makeup tutorial! However, I will tell you now the main products I will be using. I will be using the Forever 21 contour and highlight set, the Tartlette Amazonian Clay Matte eyeshadow palette, the Burt's Bees Raisin lip tint, and an Esté Lauder eyeliner!
Thanks for reading and make sure to follow me on twitter, instagram, bloglovin and google + !

Dual Action Moisturizer (Which is better? On Brand Or OffBrand? #2)(Blogmas 2016 #4)

A post that I am very proud of, and that many of you wonderful readers really seemed to enjoy, was my Which Is Better? On Brand, or Off Brand Beauty Blender Edition . I decided to make it a little series because I realize that I love a good dupe, and I want you to join in my journey to great dupes! So welcome to another On-Brand or Off-Brand post!        I think every person can agree that moisturizer is something that is a necessity in a skincare routine, especially in this upcoming winter season! I know in the winter I get very dry skin, and I know that moisturizer can get quite expensive, so I thought I would try out a store brand moisturizer, and compare it to a Clean and Clear moisturizer that I already knew I loved.      These are the two moisturizers that I will be comparing in this post! The clean and clear advantage dual action moisturizer (I know this one is slightly different but I have used both!), and the Walmart...

Life Is Happening RIGHT NOW

One thing that I have really discovered about myself within the past year is that I am way too focused on the future. I often find myself planning my future down to the last detail, and daydreaming.               But let me tell you something. This does not get you anywhere. I realized that I was legitimately spending my life just thinking about a life I dreamed of and planning my future in my mind. However, I soon came to realize that life is happening right now. I am living a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing life now, and if I keep daydreaming excessively I will be living more in my fantasy than in my reality. Though this may sound great, reality is truly wonderful.                I soon began to realize, 'oh dang, I must stop daydreaming'. So that is what I did. I prayed, and I worked hard to stop my daydreaming tendencies. Now I have severely cut down the amount of t...

How I Have Deepened My Faith

A few months ago God truly found me. I knew I wanted to start a relationship with God and with Jesus, but I did not how to begin this faithful journey in my life. However, here I am a few months later and I feel more spiritual than ever. I know I still have a lot to learn, but you always do when it comes to Christ. Here are my tips for starting a relationship with Christ. 1. Pray This is so simple ,but so true. I pray so much. I pray every morning when I wake up to thank God for a safe night. I pray when I am aware I have sinned. I pray before I, or my family eats. I pray before I go to bed. I pray a lot in between. Praying does not have to be a set prayer, you can legitimately just talk to God. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but you get the hang of it as you practice. Remember God knows that you are new to this, and he knows that you are trying and he will help you to learn to pray better. Remember, do not just pray for things, pr...
