Christmas Eve Traditions (Blogmas 2015 #24)

In my house Christmas Eve is even bigger than Christmas! My family has a lot of traditions as it is ,but on Christmas Eve it is pretty hectic. So prepare to be overwhelmed!
So on Christmas Eve my moms side of the family all gets together at night for a huge party. Sometimes this party is held at my house, and if that is the case then the whole entire day is filled with cleaning everything, and setting up tables and chairs since my family is pretty huge! However, if the party isn't at my house then we will spend the day making desserts, or dishes to bring to the dinner before the party. This is always a lot of fun!
In the early afternoon I will normally start to get ready, so doing my hair, makeup,  put on my outfit etc. Once this is done, I will go to my Aunt's house with my sister (this year I will be driving to her house YAY). At my Aunts house we meet up with my cousins, and other Aunts/Uncles. Then we proceed to go to church for a Christmas mass.
After mass my Aunts, Uncles, and cousins will all go to the house that the party is at. At this point it is only first cousins, and Aunts/Uncles so we have a dinner before others arrive. This is also when we exchange gifts. After the gifts are exchanged the rest of my moms large family start to slowly make their way in.
At this point all of the cousins normally break off from the adults, and hang out in my room. Late that night everyone starts to leave. If the party isn't at my house then my family, and I will look at all the Christmas lights on the way home, but normally it's at our house so we just stay home.
When my family, and I are home we have a few more traditions (it never ends XD). First my sister, and I will each give eachother one gift that we got for eachother. There is really no point behind this exchange other than it is just a lot of fun! Then my family, and I will read the story of The Night Before Christmas since that is what we have done since I was a baby! Next, my sister ,and I will slip into our Christmas Pajamas ,and go to sleep!
So those are the traditions that my family does on Christmas eve!

Do you have any traditions on Christmas Eve? Let me know in the comments!

Favorite Summer To Fall Transition Piece

So unfortunately it is officially Fall! Summer is over yet I am still transitioning clothing wise! So todays post will be about my favorite transition piece from Summer to Fall! The favorite thing of mine for the Summer to Fall season is the vans style shoe pictured above! I absolutely love vans style shoes just because they can be dressed up and down and they also come in many different colors and patterns! I may or may not own 4 pairs of vans style shoes! However my current favorite are these white lace patternes shoes! The detailing on this pair of shoes is absolutely amazing! They have such a nice look to them that is so much better than just plain white! Not to mention they are easy to clean! Trust me I cannot be trusted with anything white! These are perfect because theydo have a summery feel since they are lighter toned, however they also can be worn with leggings and pants to get more cozy! My absolute favorite part of these shoes though is probably the fact that you can litter...

Dual Action Moisturizer (Which is better? On Brand Or OffBrand? #2)(Blogmas 2016 #4)

A post that I am very proud of, and that many of you wonderful readers really seemed to enjoy, was my Which Is Better? On Brand, or Off Brand Beauty Blender Edition . I decided to make it a little series because I realize that I love a good dupe, and I want you to join in my journey to great dupes! So welcome to another On-Brand or Off-Brand post!        I think every person can agree that moisturizer is something that is a necessity in a skincare routine, especially in this upcoming winter season! I know in the winter I get very dry skin, and I know that moisturizer can get quite expensive, so I thought I would try out a store brand moisturizer, and compare it to a Clean and Clear moisturizer that I already knew I loved.      These are the two moisturizers that I will be comparing in this post! The clean and clear advantage dual action moisturizer (I know this one is slightly different but I have used both!), and the Walmart...

What I Have Been Up To In The Past Few Months!

Hello all! So I have been somewhat distant on this blog for the past few months! I have done a lot of religious posts that I absolutely love writing, but I realized that I have been a little distant when it came to talking about other stuff, and what I have been up to! So now I am just going to simply just talk a little bit about what I have been up to for the past few months!           So if you did not read my  2017 New Years Resolution Post  then you will not be aware that I am working hard at learning italian. I love learning new languages, and I have a goal of being trilingual by the time I am 25, and I want to do this with english, spanish, and italian. I take spanish at my school, so I am learning italian at home and I love it so much! It is really difficult to learn a language by yourself though when you do not have the cultural immersion, especially where I am in a primarily english speaking country, ...
