My 5 Favorite Christmas Decorations (Blogmas 2015 #19)

    I love Christmas decor! My family goes insane with it and I thought I would show you my favorite decorations that I have! So let's get started!
   
#1 My A Christmas Story Leg Lamp

As everyone should probably know by now if you have read any of my blogmas posts you should know that I am OBSESSED with A Christmas Story (especially the musical). If you haven't seen the movie, the father gets this leg lamp as a 'major award' and it is a huge part of the movie, so last year my little sister bought this for me for my gift, and I am in love with it. 
#2 My Musical Mini Teddy Bear

This teddy bear plays a Christmas song when pressed. A little off topic, but when I was taking this picture for the post, after I was done with it and put it down, it randomly started playing but instead of making a normal sound, it just made screeching sounds and I am so scared right now!

 #3 My Mini Christmas Tree











If you haven't already read my mini Christmas tree decorating post. Then, first of all go read it, and second of all this is just a fake mini tree that I have in my room on my vanity!
#4 My Owl Blanket

This is just a very warm blanket, with owls on it, and my favorite animal is an owl so I swear it was made for me!

 #5 My Florida Snowman

A while ago a friend of mine visited Florida in November, and brought this back for me! I just think it is so funny, and adorable!

Life Is Happening RIGHT NOW

           One thing that I have really discovered about myself within the past year is that I am way too focused on the future. I often find myself planning my future down to the last detail, and daydreaming.               But let me tell you something. This does not get you anywhere. I realized that I was legitimately spending my life just thinking about a life I dreamed of and planning my future in my mind. However, I soon came to realize that life is happening right now. I am living a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing life now, and if I keep daydreaming excessively I will be living more in my fantasy than in my reality. How I Have Deepened My Faith

            A few months ago God truly found me. I knew I wanted to start a relationship with God and with Jesus,but I did not how to begin this faithful journey in my life. However, here I am a few months later and I feel more spiritual than ever. I know I still have a lot to learn,but you always do when it comes to Christ.
