My First Blogmas! (Blogmas 2015 #1)

       It is officially December, and my first December on this Blog! I knew the second I figured out what blogmas was, that I had to do it! I love to be challenged, and I love creating material for the people that read my blog! So every day until Christmas I am going to have a new blog post!
      All of the blog posts are going to be Christmas/Holiday themed, but there will be tutorials that aren't necessarily just for Christmas or another winter holiday!
     I hope you guys like the idea of me blogging everyday, and I hope you read my posts daily! Please let me know if you will be participating in Blogmas because I really love reading blogmas posts! So leave me your links in the comments so I can read your posts!

Life Is Happening RIGHT NOW

           One thing that I have really discovered about myself within the past year is that I am way too focused on the future. I often find myself planning my future down to the last detail, and daydreaming.               But let me tell you something. This does not get you anywhere. I realized that I was legitimately spending my life just thinking about a life I dreamed of and planning my future in my mind. However, I soon came to realize that life is happening right now. I am living a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing life now, and if I keep daydreaming excessively I will be living more in my fantasy than in my reality. How I Have Deepened My Faith

            A few months ago God truly found me. I knew I wanted to start a relationship with God and with Jesus,but I did not how to begin this faithful journey in my life. However, here I am a few months later and I feel more spiritual than ever. I know I still have a lot to learn,but you always do when it comes to Christ. Here are my tips for starting a relationship with Christ. 1. Pray This is so simple ,but so true. I pray so much. I pray every morning when I wake up to thank God for a safe night. I pray when I am aware I have sinned. I pray before I, or my family eats. I pray before I go to bed. I pray a lot in between. Praying does not have to be a set prayer, you can legitimately just talk to God. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but you get the hang of it as you practice.
