Have you ever been on your toes anticipating what is coming next? Or have you ever thought so hard about something that your brain hurts? Well these are the things I experience when watching the show I am currently watching on Netflix, and as you probably could tell from the title of this post that is Pretty Little Liars.
So I read the first 9ish (I think) books of the series, and I never had the opportunity to watch the TV show until my family recently decided to purchase Netflix. So this is what I have been watching on it (as well as countless vegan documentaries). I am only on the second season, but so far it has been amazing, and it is quite different from the book series so if you don't want to watch it because you think you already know what is going to happen, you don't have to worry about that.
The basic plot line for the TV show is that 4 girls who are best friends lost one of their best friends the summer before, and they still don't know who killed her. They also start receiving text messages from someone passing off as A(Alison). This anonymous person starts telling the girls secrets that they had only told Alison, and they have no clue who is sending the messages. A eventually starts using these secrets against the girls, and the girls are just trying to figure out who is sending the messages.
The show has many twists and turns that nobody would ever expect, and the episodes always leave you wanting more. Not to mention that the actors are amazing and they are exactly how I pictured the characters as I was reading the book series.

Ahhhh I keep meaning to watch PLL but I know I'm going to get hooked - I feel like I'll need to set aside a whole week to dedicate to binge watch!

I completely understand this!!! it is amazing! I have worked out a schedule so I just watch it as I am eating breakfast since I am the only one up in my house at that time, but sometimes I feel like I need MORE! Let me know if you start watching it though so we can talk about it!
