Clinique Chubby Stick Review

This review is going to be about the Clinique Chubby Stick which is a mousturizing intense lip color. The color that I decided to pick up was  07 Broadest Berry. I would describe this shade as a dark berry kind of color. So the name does it justice. The lipstick retails for around $17 so it is on the higher side. Below is a swatch of the lipstick on my wrist followed by a before and after of my lips with and without the lipstick on.

As you can see the color payoff is pretty amazing. The shade of the packaging and the shade that comes off on your lips is pretty similar.
When I first put on the lipstick I noticed immediately that it was very smooth and it felt very mousturizing. I would compare the feel of the lipstick to that of the Mabelline Baby Lips. However the color payoff on the Clinique Chubby Stick is much more pigmented.
After having the lipstick on for a few hours I noticed that it did stay on very well however I had not eaten or drank anything in that time so I decided it was time to put it to the ultimate test and drink with it on.
After I drank from a normal water bottle with the lipstick on it stayed pretty well on my lips and there was very little color that appeared on the lip of the bottle. I was very impressed! The color was still on and my lips weren't all dry and cracked like they would be with other lip sticks. However, then I drank from a normal cup. The lipstick still stayed on pretty well but it also came off on the cup a little more than I would have liked so don't use this lipstick when you want to drink from really fancy glasses.
Normally this isn't something I would even put in a lipstick review but I was dso amazed when I took off the lipstick I knew I had to! After wiping off the lipstick I immediately noticed that my lips were extremely soft! I felt like I hadn't worn lipstick in a year! It was amazing!
All in all I am very impressed with the Clinique Chubby Stick and would definitely purchase it again! I might have to pick it up in some more colors! They weren't lying when they said it was mousturizing, it made my lips amazingly smooth! My only complaint is that it really comes off on cups and glasses! Overall I would say that this product is well worth the $17! I would probably rate it a 8 out of 10!

Favorite Summer To Fall Transition Piece

So unfortunately it is officially Fall! Summer is over yet I am still transitioning clothing wise! So todays post will be about my favorite transition piece from Summer to Fall! The favorite thing of mine for the Summer to Fall season is the vans style shoe pictured above! I absolutely love vans style shoes just because they can be dressed up and down and they also come in many different colors and patterns! I may or may not own 4 pairs of vans style shoes! However my current favorite are these white lace patternes shoes! The detailing on this pair of shoes is absolutely amazing! They have such a nice look to them that is so much better than just plain white! Not to mention they are easy to clean! Trust me I cannot be trusted with anything white! These are perfect because theydo have a summery feel since they are lighter toned, however they also can be worn with leggings and pants to get more cozy! My absolute favorite part of these shoes though is probably the fact that you can litter...

Dual Action Moisturizer (Which is better? On Brand Or OffBrand? #2)(Blogmas 2016 #4)

A post that I am very proud of, and that many of you wonderful readers really seemed to enjoy, was my Which Is Better? On Brand, or Off Brand Beauty Blender Edition . I decided to make it a little series because I realize that I love a good dupe, and I want you to join in my journey to great dupes! So welcome to another On-Brand or Off-Brand post!        I think every person can agree that moisturizer is something that is a necessity in a skincare routine, especially in this upcoming winter season! I know in the winter I get very dry skin, and I know that moisturizer can get quite expensive, so I thought I would try out a store brand moisturizer, and compare it to a Clean and Clear moisturizer that I already knew I loved.      These are the two moisturizers that I will be comparing in this post! The clean and clear advantage dual action moisturizer (I know this one is slightly different but I have used both!), and the Walmart...

What I Have Been Up To In The Past Few Months!

Hello all! So I have been somewhat distant on this blog for the past few months! I have done a lot of religious posts that I absolutely love writing, but I realized that I have been a little distant when it came to talking about other stuff, and what I have been up to! So now I am just going to simply just talk a little bit about what I have been up to for the past few months!           So if you did not read my  2017 New Years Resolution Post  then you will not be aware that I am working hard at learning italian. I love learning new languages, and I have a goal of being trilingual by the time I am 25, and I want to do this with english, spanish, and italian. I take spanish at my school, so I am learning italian at home and I love it so much! It is really difficult to learn a language by yourself though when you do not have the cultural immersion, especially where I am in a primarily english speaking country, ...
