Review Of Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer (Watermelon)



   









 In today's post I am going to be doing a review of Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer in the shade Watermelon. I do have 2 other lip shimmers (Raisin is one shade that I already reviewed) so if you would like a post on one of those lip shimmers please tweet me, or comment on this post letting me know!
    I purchased this Burt's Bees lip shimmer at a local Walmart for around $6. One of the best parts of purchasing any Burt's Bees product is that their products are almost 100% natural. This is great since this means that you aren't rubbing a ton of chemicals on your lips! This is just one of the many reasons why I love Burt's Bees products.
    To the left are the swatches of this product on my lips. I do have to say that the product appears a little less pigmented on camera.The lipstick is slightly darker than it appears in the photos. The color is a plum color that isn't very dark. Therefore it is perfect for an everyday look ,and it is  very casual. You don't have to worry about it marching your outfit or your makeup since it is so subtle.
    As far as how well the lipstick lasts i that sense it isn't too amazing. The product doesn't claim to last long so I can't complain, but since it has a glossier finish it does wipe off very easily. If you are looking for a product that you don't have to reapply I wouldn't recommend this product.
      In total I would give this product a 6 out of 10. I don't hate or love the product. It just isn't anything special. If you are looking for a lipstick that you can wear everyday, and you don't mind reapplying it during the day then I would recommend this for you.

Life Is Happening RIGHT NOW

           One thing that I have really discovered about myself within the past year is that I am way too focused on the future. How I Have Deepened My Faith

            A few months ago God truly found me. I knew I wanted to start a relationship with God and with Jesus,but I did not how to begin this faithful journey in my life.
