     Disclaimer:  I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS MOVIE AND MUSICAL SO JUST A WARNING THERE IS GOING TO BE A LOT OF FANGIRLING IN THIS POST!

First here is the trailer for the show:

      I. love. a. christmas. story. the. musical. The actors, the story, the songs, I love it all! Not to brag, but I have 3 members of the original cast following me on instagram,including one of my favorite actors ever Johnny Rabe!
       So I saw the touring cast of this show, not one of the two other casts, but it was actually the best day of my life! Before I went to see the show, I didn't really know too much about Broadway, or the show, I just knew I loved the movie. So one day I decided "hey, let's look up behind the scenes of the musical".  And there it happened, the second I listened to Ralphie To The Rescue, I was hooked. Just like that my obsession with Broadway, and theatre begun. I sprouted the dream to become an actress, and decided that I was going to spend my whole life making that dream come true! This musical truly changed my life. If it wasn't for this show I wouldn't love Broadway, and be working towards going to college for theatre. But enough about me, lets talk about the amazingness (yes I did just make up a word) of this show.
      So this show was nominated for a few Tony Awards (Oscar's for Broadway) including Best Musical in 2013 . It even performed at the Tony's as you can watch below!
      The story for the show is very amazing, it's funny, and it sends a great message! It is a movie if you didn't know! It is on Netflix, and it is no joke on TV all day long on Christmas, it is just played on repeat. It is one of the funniest shows ever, and it is perfect for people of all ages! There is jokes in there for everyone!
      The music is one of my favorite parts of the show! I listen to this album all year round! It got to the point where I had to delete it off my phone one summer because I was only listening to that album, and nothing else! Click here for a playlist of all the songs! My favorite song is probably Ralphie To The Rescue, or Somewhere Hovering Over Indiana, but it is extremely hard to choose! They are all so amazing, they are the stereotypical Broadway songs, since they are all so happy! Warning: The songs may make you want to sing, and dance! Or become an actor!
      The overall production was just magical! The set was super professional! It looked like a cozy home! The songs were complete with dance numbers, and great costumes! They actually had real live dogs, playing the neighbors hounds, and they were very well trained!
       If you love the movie, you will 100% love the show! It has everything you love in the movie, in the show! There is even a leg lamp kick line! All of your favorite lines turn into a song for example, Major Award/You'll Shoot Your Eye Out! It is so well done it is worth the money! If you have the chance to see this show you need to go right now, and watch it! Or if you can't see it at least listen to the soundtrack, watch the videos, and watch the movie! What I Have Been Up To In The Past Few Months!

           Hello all! So I have been somewhat distant on this blog for the past few months! I have done a lot of religious posts that I absolutely love writing, but I realized that I have been a little distant when it came to talking about other stuff, and what I have been up to!
