Holiday Party Outfit (Blogmas 2015 #22)

    On Christmas eve I always go to a holiday party. It isn't too fancy,but I normally like to look nice, yet casual.So I thought I would show you guys what I am wearing to the party, and tomorrow I will have a post up showing the makeup look I will be wearing!Most of these clothing items came from a haul I posted about so make sure to click here to read it!  So lets start!

The Top

 This is a very comfy thick sweater from American Eagle Outfitters that is a light pink color! It is super cute!

The Pants

 These are a pair of maroon American Eagle leggings, that have a slight tribal print on them! I love these so much!

The Shoes

For the shoes I just decided to wear these brownish grey combat boots that I am OBSESSED with!

Life Is Happening RIGHT NOW

           One thing that I have really discovered about myself within the past year is that I am way too focused on the future. I often find myself planning my future down to the last detail, and daydreaming.               But let me tell you something. This does not get you anywhere. I realized that I was legitimately spending my life just thinking about a life I dreamed of and planning my future in my mind. However, I soon came to realize that life is happening right now. I am living a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing life now, and if I keep daydreaming excessively I will be living more in my fantasy than in my reality. How I Have Deepened My Faith

            A few months ago God truly found me. I knew I wanted to start a relationship with God and with Jesus,but I did not how to begin this faithful journey in my life. However, here I am a few months later and I feel more spiritual than ever. I know I still have a lot to learn,but you always do when it comes to Christ. Here are my tips for starting a relationship with Christ. 1. Pray This is so simple ,but so true. I pray so much. I pray every morning when I wake up to thank God for a safe night. I pray when I am aware I have sinned. I pray before I, or my family eats. I pray before I go to bed. I pray a lot in between. Praying does not have to be a set prayer, you can legitimately just talk to God. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but you get the hang of it as you practice.
