The Grinch Who Stole Christmas The Musical Review (Blogmas 2015 #12)

http://www.playbill.com/news/article/welcome-christmas-a-grinch-arrives-in-boston-nov.-26-155542
If you were not yet aware, I am in love with Broadway. This show is actually the first Broadway show I ever saw, so it has a very sentimental place in my heart! I however saw this many years ago, and when I saw it I had not yet discovered that I loved Broadway (that happened the next year). My mom saw that the Broadway tour was coming to our nearest city, and she knew how much we loved the movie The Grinch, so she took us to see it!
As taking it from a beauty blogger stance, the makeup on the Grinch himself, as well as the Whovillians was stunning! It looked exactly like it did in the movie! I felt like I was watching the movie right in front of me! The set was really amazing as well, it was well set up like any Broadway show, the costumes were amazing, and the songs were great as well!
The songs weren't overbearing, like in some shows! It wasn't constant music which I wouldn't have minded, but unless you love Broadway like me, then you probably would have been aggravated if it was only music, and no dialogue!
The story didn't differ from the movie too much, and the actors were absolutely outstanding! They were all amazing singers, dancers, and of course actors! The girl who played Cindy Loo was extraordinary, especially considering she was so young!
I remember vividly that the dancing in the show was great, and that I enjoyed watching it very much! I loved getting to see all of the characters dancing, which you don't get to see in the movie! That is one thing I love about going to see live shows, is that you are right there with the actors and not watching them through a screen! It is a completely different experience, and it truly is magical for any age!
If you get the chance to see this musical I would 100% do it! It was an incredible experience, and an amazing show! I love it , and I know you will too! If you want information on when you can see the musical visit http://www.grinchmusical.com/ !

Dual Action Moisturizer (Which is better? On Brand Or OffBrand? #2)(Blogmas 2016 #4)

A post that I am very proud of, and that many of you wonderful readers really seemed to enjoy, was my Which Is Better? On Brand, or Off Brand Beauty Blender Edition . I decided to make it a little series because I realize that I love a good dupe, and I want you to join in my journey to great dupes! So welcome to another On-Brand or Off-Brand post!        I think every person can agree that moisturizer is something that is a necessity in a skincare routine, especially in this upcoming winter season! I know in the winter I get very dry skin, and I know that moisturizer can get quite expensive, so I thought I would try out a store brand moisturizer, and compare it to a Clean and Clear moisturizer that I already knew I loved.      These are the two moisturizers that I will be comparing in this post! The clean and clear advantage dual action moisturizer (I know this one is slightly different but I have used both!), and the Walmart...

Life Is Happening RIGHT NOW

One thing that I have really discovered about myself within the past year is that I am way too focused on the future. I often find myself planning my future down to the last detail, and daydreaming.               But let me tell you something. This does not get you anywhere. I realized that I was legitimately spending my life just thinking about a life I dreamed of and planning my future in my mind. However, I soon came to realize that life is happening right now. I am living a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing life now, and if I keep daydreaming excessively I will be living more in my fantasy than in my reality. Though this may sound great, reality is truly wonderful.                I soon began to realize, 'oh dang, I must stop daydreaming'. So that is what I did. I prayed, and I worked hard to stop my daydreaming tendencies. Now I have severely cut down the amount of t...

How I Have Deepened My Faith

A few months ago God truly found me. I knew I wanted to start a relationship with God and with Jesus, but I did not how to begin this faithful journey in my life. However, here I am a few months later and I feel more spiritual than ever. I know I still have a lot to learn, but you always do when it comes to Christ. Here are my tips for starting a relationship with Christ. 1. Pray This is so simple ,but so true. I pray so much. I pray every morning when I wake up to thank God for a safe night. I pray when I am aware I have sinned. I pray before I, or my family eats. I pray before I go to bed. I pray a lot in between. Praying does not have to be a set prayer, you can legitimately just talk to God. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but you get the hang of it as you practice. Remember God knows that you are new to this, and he knows that you are trying and he will help you to learn to pray better. Remember, do not just pray for things, pr...
