THE OLYMPICS ARE SO COOL (My Current Obsessions #4)

So unless you have been living under a large boulder, then you know that the Olympics have been going on for a week or two now, and this calls for a current obsessions post because I LOVE THE OLYMPICS! I love watching them way too much! Like during the Olympic weeks I no joke only watch the Olympics and nothing else at all! I try to watch as many events as possible too!

I would have to say that diving and swimming are my favorite to watch! I have always wanted to be a diver but there is literally no place near where I live where I can learn to dive! I obviously love to swim, and watching the swimmers in the Olympics makes me just want to get up and move! Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky are just so amazing and they inspire me so much to do what I love each and every single day! They make me want to work harder, and they show me that I can achieve my goals no matter what! They are just so inspiring to me! There are just so many great swimmers out there from all over the world!

Another aspect of the Olympics that I love is just getting to see all of the world's countries get together, and all be in one place at once. It is so heartwarming and touching to see that, and to see them all hug each other and congratulate each other when they finish and event! I just love to see them #SpreadKindness to each other!

There is still more of the Olympics to come, and going on so make sure to tune in and watch it whenever you get a chance too! You won't regret it, and the Summer Olympics won't be back for another 4 years so enjoy it while you can, because we have to wait a while for the next one!

Who's your favorite olympian? Let me know I want to talk about ALL of them so hit me up in the comments! :)

Dual Action Moisturizer (Which is better? On Brand Or OffBrand? #2)(Blogmas 2016 #4)

A post that I am very proud of, and that many of you wonderful readers really seemed to enjoy, was my Which Is Better? On Brand, or Off Brand Beauty Blender Edition . I decided to make it a little series because I realize that I love a good dupe, and I want you to join in my journey to great dupes! So welcome to another On-Brand or Off-Brand post!        I think every person can agree that moisturizer is something that is a necessity in a skincare routine, especially in this upcoming winter season! I know in the winter I get very dry skin, and I know that moisturizer can get quite expensive, so I thought I would try out a store brand moisturizer, and compare it to a Clean and Clear moisturizer that I already knew I loved.      These are the two moisturizers that I will be comparing in this post! The clean and clear advantage dual action moisturizer (I know this one is slightly different but I have used both!), and the Walmart...

Life Is Happening RIGHT NOW

One thing that I have really discovered about myself within the past year is that I am way too focused on the future. I often find myself planning my future down to the last detail, and daydreaming.               But let me tell you something. This does not get you anywhere. I realized that I was legitimately spending my life just thinking about a life I dreamed of and planning my future in my mind. However, I soon came to realize that life is happening right now. I am living a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing life now, and if I keep daydreaming excessively I will be living more in my fantasy than in my reality. Though this may sound great, reality is truly wonderful.                I soon began to realize, 'oh dang, I must stop daydreaming'. So that is what I did. I prayed, and I worked hard to stop my daydreaming tendencies. Now I have severely cut down the amount of t...

How I Have Deepened My Faith

A few months ago God truly found me. I knew I wanted to start a relationship with God and with Jesus, but I did not how to begin this faithful journey in my life. However, here I am a few months later and I feel more spiritual than ever. I know I still have a lot to learn, but you always do when it comes to Christ. Here are my tips for starting a relationship with Christ. 1. Pray This is so simple ,but so true. I pray so much. I pray every morning when I wake up to thank God for a safe night. I pray when I am aware I have sinned. I pray before I, or my family eats. I pray before I go to bed. I pray a lot in between. Praying does not have to be a set prayer, you can legitimately just talk to God. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but you get the hang of it as you practice. Remember God knows that you are new to this, and he knows that you are trying and he will help you to learn to pray better. Remember, do not just pray for things, pr...
