10 Things To Do When You Are Sick and Stuck In Bed

This week I have been sick, and it is not fun at all. I luckily am not to the point where I am throwing up, but I am just physically tired, my head hurts, my nose is stuffy, my throat is sore, and my stomach is queasy.  However, I still often find myself very bored because when I am sick I tend to just stay in bed all day! So here are 10 things to do when you are sick, and stuck in bed!

1. Start A New TV Show
One thing I love to do when I am sick is to start a new TV Show. I love getting to watch a new show with a new story. I love watching a bunch of different things, and becoming obsessed with new characters and actors. I recommend The Walking Dead, and Pretty Little Liars. Both are pretty dang amazing.
2. Plan out some blog posts
I find that I have a lot of free time when I am sick, and when I am not sick I have no free time. Therefore I like to take advantage of this free time, and plan out/write some blog posts that way if I am busy in a future week, I still have posts that I am able to post!
3. Read
I never have time to read anymore, and I love to read so just do it when your sick!
4. Take A Bath
For some reason when I am sick baths just are beautiful. I rarely take baths ,but when I am sick I just am constantly taking one, it is so great!
5. Use a Hair Mask
This is just great because when you are sick atleast part of you will feel healthy!
6. Get caught up on any work you need to do
This just makes it easier for you when you are not sick anymore because you don't have to worry about doing all of this work, and you won't be overwhelmed!
7.SLEEEEP
Need I say more?
8. Start A Journal
I love journaling! I haven't really had time to do it too much the past few months though, so I caught up on it, and worked on my journal these past few days!
9. Color
Either in a coloring book, or a printout online. It is just really relaxing, and fun! Mindless as well!
10. Read A Bunch Of Blog Posts and Comment Nice Things On Them
Nothing makes me feel better than reading other blog posts, and posts on any social media and just commenting nice things! It makes me feel good to know that I am making others feel good too!

Dual Action Moisturizer (Which is better? On Brand Or OffBrand? #2)(Blogmas 2016 #4)

A post that I am very proud of, and that many of you wonderful readers really seemed to enjoy, was my Which Is Better? On Brand, or Off Brand Beauty Blender Edition . I decided to make it a little series because I realize that I love a good dupe, and I want you to join in my journey to great dupes! So welcome to another On-Brand or Off-Brand post!        I think every person can agree that moisturizer is something that is a necessity in a skincare routine, especially in this upcoming winter season! I know in the winter I get very dry skin, and I know that moisturizer can get quite expensive, so I thought I would try out a store brand moisturizer, and compare it to a Clean and Clear moisturizer that I already knew I loved.      These are the two moisturizers that I will be comparing in this post! The clean and clear advantage dual action moisturizer (I know this one is slightly different but I have used both!), and the Walmart...

Life Is Happening RIGHT NOW

One thing that I have really discovered about myself within the past year is that I am way too focused on the future. I often find myself planning my future down to the last detail, and daydreaming.               But let me tell you something. This does not get you anywhere. I realized that I was legitimately spending my life just thinking about a life I dreamed of and planning my future in my mind. However, I soon came to realize that life is happening right now. I am living a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing life now, and if I keep daydreaming excessively I will be living more in my fantasy than in my reality. Though this may sound great, reality is truly wonderful.                I soon began to realize, 'oh dang, I must stop daydreaming'. So that is what I did. I prayed, and I worked hard to stop my daydreaming tendencies. Now I have severely cut down the amount of t...

How I Have Deepened My Faith

A few months ago God truly found me. I knew I wanted to start a relationship with God and with Jesus, but I did not how to begin this faithful journey in my life. However, here I am a few months later and I feel more spiritual than ever. I know I still have a lot to learn, but you always do when it comes to Christ. Here are my tips for starting a relationship with Christ. 1. Pray This is so simple ,but so true. I pray so much. I pray every morning when I wake up to thank God for a safe night. I pray when I am aware I have sinned. I pray before I, or my family eats. I pray before I go to bed. I pray a lot in between. Praying does not have to be a set prayer, you can legitimately just talk to God. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but you get the hang of it as you practice. Remember God knows that you are new to this, and he knows that you are trying and he will help you to learn to pray better. Remember, do not just pray for things, pr...
