Hello all! I know it is crazy! Two post one week, when I haven't really posted much at all in the past few months! The madness! Also this is my first non religious post in a while, so this feels a tad bit weird to be writing right now! Anyhow, I am starting a journey and I want all of you to take this journey with me.
Recently I saw a video talking about what happens when you only drink water. The benefits from doing this were absolutely incredible, so I decided that I will do this as well, I will only drink water. Then I was like 'oh dang' because I realized that I live with my parents and am not legally able to do what I want just yet, and my parents have some weird thing about me drinking milk. Therefore, I will be only drinking water, with the exception of a glass of milk a day.
So I decided that today, July 6th, I will be starting this wonderful challenge, and documenting how it is going every Thursday. I will be writing down how much water I drink each day, and talking about some of my observations. However, I don't want to do this alone, so if you want please comment below and join me in this journey!
