What Does My Future Have In Store? (Elizabeth's Life Ep.1 )

       Hello my friends!
I have had a slight time away from blogging due to countless tasks in my life that had to be handled, but now most of these tasks are gone and off of my plate! So in case you weren't aware, this blog is not only a blog about makeup, fashion, and random lifestyle things, but it is also a blog where I want my readers to get to know me, and not just be readers, but be friends of mine. Therefore, what better way to do this, then to start writing little life update posts about what has been happening in the life of Elizabeth. So here is the first installment of Elizabeth's life! I hope you enjoy.
Unlike most bloggers, I am from the States and not the UK. Here in the states you have to attend high school until you are an adult, and then you go on to college where you choose the general career path that you want, and you go to school for whatever is necessary for said career. For me, these past few weeks have been filled with applying to the schools I will be attending for the next 6-8 years. I will be attending school double majoring in pre-med and psychology with a concentration in forensic psychology. If you are interested in learning about what I want to do for a living please leave a comment, so I know to write that post. The difficult part about school in the states is that once you are an adult, it is not free. The schools that I am applying to are all around $70,000 a year, except for a few of them that are my safety schools. Although I know the safety schools are much more affordable, I have worked my butt off during the past 12 years, so I can go to a good college, and this is what I hope to do. However, I also do not want to be in debt for the rest of my life considering what I want to do with my life doesn't exist in the US quite yet!
However, I know that when the time comes, wherever I end up is where God wanted me to be. Even if it isn't a fantastic school, I know that what happens is His will and His plan. Whatever situation you are in, you have to make the best of it because every situation can glorify God.
Another big part about going off to school is that I will be living BY MYSELF. WHAT?!? Okay, I mean suuuurreee I will be living with another young adult, but I won't have constant supervision, which is both exciting and terrifying. I am very close to my family, and moving away from them will definitely be a challenge for me, however, I am willing to take this challenge, and make the best out of it although it will take some getting used to.
I hope you enjoyed this little life update. Please let me know what is going on in your life because I am genuinely excited. Also, I am looking for some blogging friends, so hit me up on any social media.

Favorite Summer To Fall Transition Piece

So unfortunately it is officially Fall! Summer is over yet I am still transitioning clothing wise! So todays post will be about my favorite transition piece from Summer to Fall! The favorite thing of mine for the Summer to Fall season is the vans style shoe pictured above! I absolutely love vans style shoes just because they can be dressed up and down and they also come in many different colors and patterns! I may or may not own 4 pairs of vans style shoes! However my current favorite are these white lace patternes shoes! The detailing on this pair of shoes is absolutely amazing! They have such a nice look to them that is so much better than just plain white! Not to mention they are easy to clean! Trust me I cannot be trusted with anything white! These are perfect because theydo have a summery feel since they are lighter toned, however they also can be worn with leggings and pants to get more cozy! My absolute favorite part of these shoes though is probably the fact that you can litter...

Dual Action Moisturizer (Which is better? On Brand Or OffBrand? #2)(Blogmas 2016 #4)

A post that I am very proud of, and that many of you wonderful readers really seemed to enjoy, was my Which Is Better? On Brand, or Off Brand Beauty Blender Edition . I decided to make it a little series because I realize that I love a good dupe, and I want you to join in my journey to great dupes! So welcome to another On-Brand or Off-Brand post!        I think every person can agree that moisturizer is something that is a necessity in a skincare routine, especially in this upcoming winter season! I know in the winter I get very dry skin, and I know that moisturizer can get quite expensive, so I thought I would try out a store brand moisturizer, and compare it to a Clean and Clear moisturizer that I already knew I loved.      These are the two moisturizers that I will be comparing in this post! The clean and clear advantage dual action moisturizer (I know this one is slightly different but I have used both!), and the Walmart...

What I Have Been Up To In The Past Few Months!

Hello all! So I have been somewhat distant on this blog for the past few months! I have done a lot of religious posts that I absolutely love writing, but I realized that I have been a little distant when it came to talking about other stuff, and what I have been up to! So now I am just going to simply just talk a little bit about what I have been up to for the past few months!           So if you did not read my  2017 New Years Resolution Post  then you will not be aware that I am working hard at learning italian. I love learning new languages, and I have a goal of being trilingual by the time I am 25, and I want to do this with english, spanish, and italian. I take spanish at my school, so I am learning italian at home and I love it so much! It is really difficult to learn a language by yourself though when you do not have the cultural immersion, especially where I am in a primarily english speaking country, ...
